Catholic Leadership Council (CLC): This year we are running a CLC at our school (it's similar to a student council). Students in Grade 7 & 8 are invited to present a 1 minute speech via Live Announcements on MS Teams on Thursday, October 19. Intermediate students will have a chance to vote in the new CLC for 2023-2024. The CLC will be comprised of 6 students who will focus on promoting Faith in Action, theme and spirit days for the school, be part of Live Announcements, be leaders within our school and be an integral part of the heart and spirit of our school. Parents, please encourage your intermediate students to run for this. We are excited to hear all the speeches next week. Good luck to all our candidates!
MONTHLY AWARD FOCUS: For the month of October we are focusing on Gratitude (Faith in Action) and Responsibility (Learning Skill). Two students from each class will be presented with a certificate at the end of the month.
